WOODLAND HILLS YARD SALE is right around the corner...

Do you want to drive traffic to you home for the upcoming yard sale? Let WHNA help.

The yard sale will be on Saturday, April 14th, from 8-12 (although you can keep selling as long as you want).

WHNA is here to help you drive traffic to your yard sale. We will be supplying maps of the neighborhood with all participating houses marked. These will be handed out to the yard sale visitors so they can better find your house (participants will help hand these out at their homes). WHNA will also be supplying balloons that you can hang on your mailbox to better assist potential buyers on finding your home.

Clifton Corridor Transit Initiative Announces Locally Preferred Alternative

MARTA Planning staff has completed the review of community feedback and technical analysis and have finalized a recommended locally preferred alternative (LPA) for the Clifton Corridor. The LPA is the alternative that, based on technical analysis and stakeholder input, would most effectively address the needs of the corridor and goals and objectives of the project.

The recommended LPA includes 8.8 miles of new light rail transit (LRT) service connecting the Lindbergh MARTA Station to the Emory/Clifton Corridor and beyond to the Avondale MARTA Station. The recommendation for the locally preferred alternative includes several tunnels and one of those tunnels extends from an area west of Lenox Road to an area just west of Briarcliff Road.

Ms. Rogers hopes to exchange ideas and address any concerns we as neighbors may have before the re-development effort gets underway.

This property is adjacent to the brand new small offices/cottages at Lavista & Shepherds Lane. The open-house will be at 5:00 on Sunday, March 11th.
